Food is far more expensive than expected BUT it was some of the best we experienced during our trip. They also made sure everything was freshly prepared and would cook additional items they knew we liked. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help out 3. Very near to a mall with a big carrefour and other food outlets like kfc and Burger King 4. "Our room was dated with only 1 plug socket in the whole room and a broken curtain. It was comfortable and quiet though which is great. I want to give the hotel 5 stars as it has so much potential if it just made a little more effort. Tables are dirty in dining area and in bedroom but otherwise it’s a clean place. Location is perfect but swimming pool is like ice water so impossible to use. No one used the pool during our stay and all the guests complained about it. "

The Menara Mall is attached to the hotel. You can enter the mall with your room key. A hotel employee is always standing by the mall entrance to open the door for you. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. ...

The pool area was fine but unfortunately there are a lot of buildings being under construction around the hotel, which creats a lot of noice, so around the pool you need headphones to block out the noice.
