"Really enjoyed the wonderful view from our room. Loved your happy hour on the 23rd floor. Great view and attentive staff. It was my birthday and the waitress took a polaroid picture and enclosed it a nice card wishing me a personalized happy birthday. She also brought over a lovely dessert. It made my birthday in Hong Kong very special.
Nice room and was kept very clean by your great staff. We asked for ice which promptly arrived at our room. "
