隣の方が大声で騒いでいた際、音漏れはありました。ですが、フロントに連絡して、対応をしていただけました。朝食を利用、ほうとうをおいしくいただきました。
I stayed here during a trip to Isawa Onsen.
When the guests next door were being loud, some noise did come through. However, I contacted the front desk and they responded appropriately.
I had breakfast, and the hōtō was delicious.

"Beautiful rural hotel with a lovely view of the mountains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great onsen. Sadly did not try the dinner (apparently all you can eat crab legs!!) Enjoyable visit. Thank you!"

"This place is a little far from the town but on the from Fuji city you pass a lake where you can a beautiful view of mt Fuji. The hotel is excellent with activities provided. Service is great and onsen really very nice. Two separate baths for male and female. They switched around in the morning. Meals are buffet style. They provided a good spread."

"Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Kawaguchiko. It is more convenient if you’re driving as the carpark is big enough. Staff are really helpful and polite and speaks good English. View of Mount Fuji is fantastic from the room. Onsen is also lovely and has an indoor jacuzzi and an outdoor bath. "
