"We had an amazing stay at Villa Erbaia. Never before have we experienced a staff that in that way goes above and beyond to ensure that we have a good stay.
Besides felling very welcome in the beautiful hotel, maintained with respect for the charm of the old villa - we got fantastic recommendations for the many nice restaurants nearby.
Every staff member made us fell so at home and welcome. Definitely a place we will return to.

There are two beautiful footpaths around the premises - wild, but still manageable (including putting some extra rocks for crossing the river:)). The marking of the route is also very good! Thanks so much for this!

so can't attest to how good it is. The shower was somewhat difficult to use due to the shower head not wanting to stay still. With that said it's in a good location pretty close to a bus stop which takes ~25 minutes to get to the tourist area or a 45 minute walk mostly downhill."

Stayed in a superior double which was actually quite small so didn’t have much room to open luggage or unpack, but room was still nice and clean. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and reservation requests for restaurants. Lovely
