"WOW! So so so happy I booked this hotel. It’s very clean and beautiful, but what makes this unique is the service. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. This hotel is very centrally located and the rooms are nice. The bed was very comfortable which I found to be a rarity in Italy. The breakfast alone is worth the stay, I could not believe such an elaborate breakfast was included in the room price. The coffee was phenomenal and the food options were plentiful. Easy road access but at least fifteen minutes walk/funicular to get to cafes, shops etc. Book spa access slot in advance (free to guests), had it all to ourselves for 45 mins, which is nice, but they only switch it on as per bookings, so steam room and jacuzzi were not very warm when we used it."
