I won’t stay at this so “called 5 stars hotel” again. First, to be fair, the location is great and within walking distance to all transportations. But there is no way this hotel is 5 stars, I wouldn’t rate it more than 2 stars. Linens and pillows are dirty and filled with bugs, sofa is very dirty and obviously torn and they are fine with this. Very small room although mine in their standard is deluxe, terrace with sea view, UNSAFE bathroom with ceramic floor. You easily may flip and fell/injured if water drops on the ceramic. Breakfast served with unclean food and exposed to flies. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Absolutely not recommended. Find another hotel or hotel in Anacapri better. This is not a hotel, it’s nothing rather than a HOSTEL.

Perfect spot to enjoy Capri
We really enjoyed our stay at Relais Maresca while in Capri. The location can not be beat. Very convenient when arriving and close to all other modes of transportation. The staff were amazing even before our arrival and obtained restaurant reservations for us for 2 of our 3 nights at the exact places we requested. The room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was clean and well kept. The staff was incredible and the manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and knowledgable about that area and how to get around capri. Because you are so close to the ferries and transportation it is extremely noisy and busy especially early in the morning and late and night. You'll hear giant horns from boats and ferries as your alarm clock at 7 a.m. Also, the gorgeous rooftop closes at 6 pm so you can't go out and enjoy the roof with some wine before or after dinner. You don't have access to the view for sunset which is a definite drawback. Breakfast was decent. Over all a good option- but if you want quiet and not in the center of tourists- I wouldn't recommend it.
