so can't attest to how good it is. The shower was somewhat difficult to use due to the shower head not wanting to stay still. With that said it's in a good location pretty close to a bus stop which takes ~25 minutes to get to the tourist area or a 45 minute walk mostly downhill."

"Excellent central location for exploring Florence. Located right on the Arno, steps from the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio, this was the perfect home base for exploring the city for 4 days. Stayed in a superior double which was actually quite small so didn’t have much room to open luggage or unpack, but room was still nice and clean. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and reservation requests for restaurants. Lovely
