"When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread. We obtained the key and entered the apartment. There was no welcome greeting or instructions for Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. Once settled, we realized we did not know how to get out of the building, and had to ask a neighborhood kid on rollerskates to enter the code so we could get out. When we got back, we realized the dryer was full of linens which repeatedly got...

As many others mentioned, the rooms are on the smaller side - but it seems like lots of thought was put into maximizing the space. I would totally stay here again. Everyone was super friendly & welcoming, from housekeeping to front desk team. "
