"We loved this property, the hotel is nice and clean and our room was perfect. The location was exceptional and walkable to so many things. We stayed here to be close to the train station for the second leg of our trip to Barcelona - so it was super convenient. The restaurant has an excellent menu and the rooftop seating is nice. The staff also helped to secure a spot at Botin for a special birthday. I definitely recommend staying here."

Urban Hive Madrid

Urban Hive Madrid

10/10 Excellent
"A really awesome experience, we actually had two different rooms cause we booked one with points. One bigger and one smaller, the second bigger room was the La Generous. Both rooms were lovely, but the smaller room actually had a few things we liked about it more! Now, from looking through their site, it doesn’t appear these things are locked to the size of the room, so no guarantees on what you might get in this regard: The main difference with the rooms that was BETTER in the smaller room was several elements of the bathroom, which was generally larger in the smaller room, including one feature that we adored: a wide sink with two taps, so both people could do their morning and night activities at the same time! The shower was also larger, and had an inlet shelf for the soaps and shampoo and conditioner, which was better than the smaller bathroom in the bigger room we had, which had them stuck to the wall (and one fell off). The bigger room was bigger though, and notably had a couch and a second TV, which we really valued for in between relaxation to keep the bed more for sleeping. The rooftop pool has the best view and is an excellent place to relax, and we just kept saying “they thought of everything!” The quality of the soaps in the bathroom is quite good, and they have hygiene kits with shower caps, q-tips, and such in them. The Pillow Menu is nice, with different options of additional pillows you can get for your room! area for improvement: diffuser for hairdryer"

"I had no trouble checking in. There is a bar on site. There are plenty of food options in the area. The room was shared with others, who were quiet and respectful. I lost my key card and they made me a new one free of charge. There are elevators to take you upwards in the 6 story building if you don't want to use the beautiful spiral staircase."
