"I really enjoyed my visit to Pegasos Royal Hotel. There weren’t really any negatives.
The staff are all extremely friendly and more than happy to help with anything you need, really good customer service. I travel alone as a solo woman and I felt 100% safe at all times.
The cleanliness is to a high standard, housekeeping do a fantastic job and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. All around the resort there are staff constantly cleaning both inside and out which was really great.

"Good location in Alanya, serene and quiet. Good Access to the bazar shops. Hotels needs a bit of mordernisation. Shocked at having no wifi in the rooms, hence guests have to hang around lobby area for free wifi. In this day and age, wifi should be standard in a resort of such.
Also, shocked they would not provide iron to the rooms and we were charged to iron clothes as laundry service.

Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all.
