"Nice hotel in general. Large comfortable rooms with AC. Clean in general, but smelly pillow covered by a clean pillow case was really disappointing (could be an isolated event). Packed with an incredible amount of tourists at this time of the year, I feel that the hotel is overwhelmed by the number of guests during peak season. Great buffet but 20 minute wait standing in line for any grill item. Not overpriced. If you don’t mind an overcrowded modern hotel, this place can be a good choice."

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "I really enjoyed my visit to Pegasos Royal Hotel. There weren’t really any negatives. "Wir waren mehr als zufrieden . Die Aptments waren wirklich sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Hotel sind alle Wohnungen neu, derzeit wird sogar ein Pool gebaut. Das Personal ist mehr als freundlich , meine Kinder wurden die ganze Zeit verwöhnt . Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Woche hier , und buchen ab jetzt nur noch hier ! Wohl fühlen absolut .
