He doesn't speak much English yet, but I was impressed by his hospitality.
In this pool area, I could enjoy a drink while listening to the beautiful chirping of birds.

However the Executive lounge has nothing to special, nothing to enjoy - very poor food & beverage."

The mall seemed newish too so still building out, not as exciting as MixC mall - that mall just 10 minute cab ride (22 RMB) ride away

"We wanted to see the area of Shenzhen north, so we choose to stay in the hotel. The hotel itself is very well maintained, nice big room and very clean. Service at front desk and concierge is great. The hotel can go to the shopping mall ICO next door, so very convenient. It's not close to subway, but it's fine for us."

"The whole hotel smells good and is clean. The facilities in the room were easy to use and convenient. Large bed and soft pillows, ample amenities and free fruit. Not only was there a wide variety of breakfast options, but they also made porridge and omelets for us. I would like to use this again next time. Thank you for this time."
