"Modern and comfortable room, with bar / restaurant area and spa. Only disappointing aspect was pool facilities closed at 8pm and not reopen until 10am, so no time to use the same. "

"Clean and modern hotel with excellent front desk staff. Secure underground parking which is a bit tricky to get to. Very convenient for the stadium and nearby science park . Good Auchan shopping mall and metro station 10 minutes walk away. Restaurant was closed and no room service during my stay so only option to eat was take away delivery or walk to the mall."

"Only stayed for one night whilst watching the Olympics at the nearby stadium.
Great parking at the hotel.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Would stay here again if visiting, the only strange thing about the location was that it was in the middle of the University campus."

"We stayed for a night on the way home from Germany. We knew not to judge the hotel from the outside. The reception, restaurant and bar area are really great and it was very child friendly.
The room was quiet but artex over the walls and ceiling so it felt like we were sleeping in an iced cake!
The lady in reception (Torchwood fan) was amazing. She spoke great English and really helped when I needed her to speak to the kitchen to see if they could do a basic off menu pasta meal for my daughter...
