"By Finnish standards, the reception was very friendly and helpful. After a noisy night in the city center it was nice to come to the middle of peaceful nature and a quiet hotel where you could sleep well. I was surprised, however, that in a hotel of this level the double bed was quite lousy. In the morning there was a typical somehow average Finnish breakfast with bread and coffee without any specialities. In the future i will consider this hotel when training in Helsinki. "

"This was a very new hotel located a few metro/subway stops from downtown Helsinki (and a 5 min walk from the nearest subway station). Its located in an area that is primarily businesses and the nearby Aalto University facilities, so a pretty quiet location. Since it was new, all facilities where in mint condition. Staff was very friendly."

"Nice stuff, great breakfast, joyful sauna and comfortable bed Shower has a problem. When taking shower the water goes to wrong direction and floods the ground. Quite inconvenient."

"Modest and decent space to stay in casual/business needs when you just need to sleep with low budget. Bring your own grub and drinks, there are no kiosks or shops nearby but fridge in the room and kitchen available. All Day Breakfast etc. can be found at the Heymo hotel nearby. B-building is well hidden, hope they put some signs over there. And do not expect any frills :-) ."

"Great base for working at Aalto University. I stay here regularly for work trips and keep coming back. The studio has everything you need — kitchen with full-size fridge and stove, good shower, quiet room. You can actually live and work here, not just sleep. K-Market right downstairs so you can stock your kitchen the moment you arrive. Sauna and gym are a nice bonus after a long day. Walking distance to Aalto campus. Best value hotel I've found in the Helsinki area."

"I really love staying at this hotel. I frequently travel to Espoo and i enjoy my stay there. breakfast is reelly good and worth it. a mall with supermarkets, bars etc is right next to the hotel, public transportation and restaurants are nearby. sauna could be bigger and men and women are separated in the sauna which can be a plus if you travel alone especially as a women, but negative if you travel with your partner."

"I love the location and the quiet. Even though I (without a car) need to walk uphill for 15 minutes from the train station to the hotel, I do it happily to be near Helsinki's lovely rocky outcroppings (kalliot). I've been here three times and each time, it's the best view outside my window that I can get in Hki, in my opinion. There's a large shopping center at the train station and so, everything one would need. If you come here, don't miss a chance to walk on top of Vallikallio, WWI...

"Convenient location to Helsinki attractions. Easy to walk, but also conveniently located to public transportation as well. Room and Sauna were very clean. Check in process and access to the apartment was easy."

"Kämp and its new renovations are spectacular. The bar is fantastic, the rooms are very clean Everything looks amazing. But in my estimation by far, the best thing about Kamp is its staff. They are lovely, very welcoming, very accommodating. Amazing!!! Thank you :)"

"Friendly staff, interesting buildings from the 1950’s, cosy homelike apartments. Clean and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the top floor sauna and view of the floor all over Töölö area. Breakfast was really good. Short distance away from Helsinki center and seaside. Lovely parks and Citybike rental nearby. Sibelius parc is nearby too. "

"Amazing value for money, Citybox is a beautiful hotel with a luxurious designer feel. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen/dining/chillout area in the lobby is so handy with microwaves and fridges to store your food. The location is superb, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just a 15 to 20 minute walk or a quick metro/tram ride to the centre of the city and its attractions. Lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets close by. It was the ideal retreat to return to at the end of a day's...
