Beautiful place to stay in Banff. Rooms and facilities are clean and modern. Beds very comfortable.

The Moose Head suits in Banff was situated in a great location, we had a lovely room with Mountain View’s. The restaurant was also lovely to dine in or have an afternoon drink. Abrief walking to all shopping and restaurants.

Great newer property! Double room config ideal for families with two children. Although there's no door for privacy for the parents in the larger bedroom which has the queen bed. Breakfast is very good. Has a ski room. Great cafe downstairs.

Right in the middle of Banff , so convenient for dinner options and walking around. Parking very light for larger vehicles!

Excellent customer service and decor/ theme throughout the hotel. Microwave, fridge and kettle in the room with alternative milks e.g. oat available. Vending machine for convenience, as well as coffee shop, bar and in house restaurant. Complimentary bus pass from right outside to the Main Street shopping area. Great bathroom, including shower pressure. Literally the only negative was the very solid, uncomfortable pillows!

Breakfast selection was really good. Room was spacious and clean. Ski shuttle right out front. Complimentary s'mores in the afternoons. Was a great stay

Excellent hotel. Staff are incredible, the location is perfect for mountain access and short walk to Banff central. Only one thing to question is housekeeping. Very inconsistent service of room. Linen & towels changed only if you ask.

Lovely place to stay, helpful staff and very clean. Also nice and quiet.

We had a great stay at the Ptarmigan Inn. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to downtown Banff and all the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was an excellent base for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well presented, with a practical layout and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our visit. The only minor improvement would be updating the in-room power outlets and charging...
