Easy to find . Awsome location , very convenient
Overall it was a great place to stay. The staff are easy to talk to and answer any enquiries quickly and professionally. The train could be an issue for some but it didn't bother me. The cabins are what you would expect, a little tired but comfortable , clean and cosy . Great spot

Hallf way between Banff and Lake Louise
My wife and I stayed here for our recent ski trip. It’s the perfect place to stay to enjoy both Banff and Lake Louise. Our suite had a nice kitchen with most basic necessities to cook simple meals. My only suggestion would be to pick up food in Calgary or bring things from home. The prices in both Banff and Lake Louise are quite high for food as well as alcohol. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. They also have a fairly extensive collection of DVD’s available for free rentals. The only negative I can think of is the train that passes close to the hotel a few times throughout the night. I found this was easy to ignore by sleeping with a pair of ear plugs.

SKI HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION
The guest cabins are set in a beautiful isolated area surrounded by outstanding scenery. The on site convenience store is well stocked & the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the daily restocked supply of firewood for the cabin wood burner. We also enjoyed making use of the outside fire-pit. The main lodge leisure area was an excellent set up albeit rarely used by guests from our experience. Our only gripe was the lack of advertised wifi for cabins 11 & above throughout our 8 day stay. As an overseas guest, our telephone Roaming Data was soon used up & we were forced to relocate to the main lodge periodically to communicate via social media with family staying in Lake Louise. Over all we found our stay extremely enjoyable & we would definitely consider staying again. The guest cabins are set in a beautiful isolated area surrounded by outstanding scenery. Nice view a very good point to travel between Lake Louise and Banff, important to have a car for moving.
