It took 20 minutes for the receptionist to notice us, as he was busy talking to a friend/coworker casually at the desk when we arrived. It took another 20 minutes for him to check us in…he said the computer was slow. "

"The room was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for my family. My young son very much enjoyed the large mounted TV and the cozy chair as well as the pool which was also very clean. Everything was quite neat and clean. The only complaint was that the beds were too firm but only 2 out of the 4 of us had a problem with that. I cannot comment on the shower as we did not use it as it was just an overnight stay.
