"If you're staying in Fairbanks for a week and need access to the kitchen and laundry facilities, this is the perfect spot for you. The accommodation is in an apartment-style building. Free parking! There are no elevators, just stairs. We had a room on the 3rd floor, and it was comfortable when we arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a large fridge, a big sink, kitchen tools, a microwave, and more. It features a dining room and a living room (pictures provided). We became so comfortable that we used everything in the room. The hosts are fantastic—they always check in. I like that the place is near the hospital. The location is 10-15min away from everything. We plan to return."

"Overall the villa was quite nice! I didn’t love the drive up there since it wasn’t entirely paved and we had a trailer with us, but it was doable and worth it for me. The rooms were a little warmer than my liking but everything was well decorated and nicely cleaned. The walls are a little thin, but there weren’t too many guests when we stayed so it wasn’t an issue for us. The windows in both the room and the lobby were huge and perfect for viewing the scenery. Breakfast was fine and was what was advertised to us. I liked the do it yourself set up. I enjoyed this place and would definitely come back if I had the chance. My only caveat is that I wished there was an actual staff person at the villa for check in and questions. Seemed kinda sketchy to just be sending my card info to a random email/number."
