"This hotel is a gem! I loved the fact that it has a winery and you can schedule a tour. The staff is very friendly, especially Gaetano who was very helpful assisting us with directions and giving us suggestions for restaurants near the area, not just the one at the hotel. The hotel food was fabulous our stayed was a pleasure, Castello di Fonterutoli Wine Resort is the perfect place for rest and delight the palate."

"Nice hotel, quiet location and lots of restaurants around - hotel kindly provides a list by location which also has discount codes which was helpful! Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Sadly our aircon was broken so had to sleep with the windows wide open all night. Breakfast buffet was lovely and so was the outdoor pool and staff. "

"The property is beautiful and impressive. The breakfast buffet was really good and the service was attentive and friendly. The rooms were spacious. Bed is a bit firm and the air conditioning is managed at the front desk. We tried to get ours to go lower than 22 c as the days we were there were extremely hot, but the ac would not adjust and the front desk said that was the minimum and all rooms were set as such. They did bring us a fan which was helpful, but just an fyi if you run hot at...

The worst I have experienced in the 20 countries & 60 cities - I have been in to date...By far. There are much nicer Italian cities to visit!! "

An aside, every local person we met on the streets when we were in Siena was pleasant and offered help when we looked a little confused with our directions. "
