Could not have asked for better front desk service

Wow! This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. Artsy decor. Friendly staff. Great location.

This hotel is about one kilometre walk to Old Town. It is clean and modern. The breakfast is continental but very satisfying.

A delightful and very homey establishment. This location is remote and there are not a lot of dining choices but the pizza joint on the premises is pretty good. Some rooms also have kitchenettes and with the supermarket next door its great for families. Also has laundry facilities. The location is a bit of a hike from the city of Graz but if you have transport then its a great place to stay. We were here for the F1 Grand Prix and thank goodness we could organise transfers as public transport...

Well decorated hotel with lovely people on reception and bar. Spacious room with king bed but like most European hotels in this area - firm bed, non fluffy towels and eco-tough toilet paper. Recommend they sell one of the paintings in the room and buy a mini fridge as it is good to be able to have cold water and store your seasonal fruit in for your travels. We loved this hotel - it was close to everything - shops, dining, places of interests etc. Reception staff were lovely, friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel was clean and amenities and bed were comfortable. The gym was great. Parking was next door at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Graz.

So many great things at this hotel, despite location. Food was what stood out for me. Amazing quality and quantity for breaksaft. Would come back again.
