"The woman who checked me in was marvelous and extremely helpful in a charming way. The check in is at another property about a block away which could be communicated better. Some confusion since the instructions were only in German which I don’t read. However, the personality of the woman who helped me was exceptional and she even helped me find parking. Experience was great and the walkable sites around the property were amazing. "

"Hotel Adler is a traditional hotel with huge, very clean rooms, great staff, wonderful breakfast and a fine dining restaurant. The property is well taken care. Located in the old center it is quiet and has some additional shopping an dining options around. "

"The hotel was small, but very cozy and tidy. The street the hotel is located on was quiet and you could park for free in the backyard. The room and bathroom are modern and it was very clean. The bed was soft and good, so I got a good night's sleep. We were served a wonderful breakfast by friendly staff the next day. I also had a

"Stay here often, lovely location, close to restaurants, Glockenspiel, and Rhine. Amazing breakfast. Free parking adjacent to hotel property but you can also pay for garage. One star off because someone started a fire in the Sauna and it was not available per staff, but I'll be back. Hairdryer but no toiletries and in room coffee isn't great, but breakfast buffet makes up for it. "

"Room was so hot, air-conditioner doesn’t do a thing, I think it is only used for heating. View of the car park with some major construction work happening right outside the window. The guy at check-in said he was giving me “a little upgrade” then proceeded to give me exactly the room I had booked!! TV didn’t work and remote controls were dirty. Breakfast was reasonable. Quite a long way from the airport for an “airport hotel”. Won’t be booking there again."
