"Less than one roll of toilet paper in the room. Breakfast (although typical for France) was all carbs and sugar not what was expected for a place this price. 20 mins from Arras. Nothing in between. More like a hotel rather than a B&B. Owner let us check in early, that was nice. But this was a coincidence. Good luck if you show up early. Room and home was clean and decorated well. Grounds were nice. Don’t bother asking for ice. "

Everything looks new, it is quiet, and facilities like the bar and gym were great. Superb service. Modern and we loved the location for a short stop over. We will definitely look to stay again. "Lovely from the outside. Unfortunately it’s looking quite tired inside but was clean. Very comfy bed. No aircon but we were suppled with an electric fan. Receptionist spoke good English. The area feels quite rough with lots of social housing very nearby. "
