I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary water, which was very helpful while traveling with a baby. You can tell this hotel truly cares about guest comfort. "Barcelo Raval is a very good hotel in a not so good neighborhood (both taxi drivers we used, arriving and leaving told us the same thing) . But inside is very good, with an outstanding observation deck on top floor, 360 degrees (whole city viewable) with a bar; this deck alone can make a difference. So, you probably don't want to be walking outside the hotel at night, but if moving by taxi or other transportation, it's fine."
