Buffet selection on the meals were great and the ambience too. The only thing is about the other guests, we did see lots of East Europeans to be very rude with the staff, that was awful :/ "

I felt that daily activities weren't very well advertised, there was a list but not timing and location indicated. Found out on the last day that there was yoga daily on the beach? As an English speaking family, we were the minority here with most people speaking Russian, not sure if other hotels perhaps market more to English speaking countries. May not matter to some but hard to meet others with that...

"We were disappointed with the hotel and their service at the reception, they are very harsh and asked for extra money for a child, even though the room was booked with two children and the age is listed on the reservation, the hotel is fully booked and they are not ready for it, they don't clean near the pool and also in the lobby it takes a lot of time.
