"What an outstanding experience we had! My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty by the staff. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of bubbly. My husband wasn’t feeling well the day we arrived and all the staff went out of their way to help him feel better, including picking us up from the ferry port and bringing up complimentary food and juice to our room for him. "Luxurious holiday stay at Rixos Premium. We loved the delicious buffet breakfast each morning as well as the great local cafes and restaurants close by. We loved being able to access the sea swimming area from the deck area of the hotel. The sea is beautiful to look at and swim in. Staff are helpful and courteous. We loved our view of the sea from our room. Would highly recommend staying there. "

pool were very nice, room size good, location close to beach and restaurants Cons: extremely old hotel, had a weird smell, numerous electrical outlets did not work, the hairdryer was terrible, no smart tv and only one English Channel. So although the staff was pleasant and it was clean. A fine place for someone to rest their head but needs significant upgrades.
