There are really no words to describe the level of service at Agnes! The staff are without doubt the most welcoming and hospitable of anywhere I’ve stayed in the world. From meeting us at the train station, to offers of drinks each time we passed through reception, to the advice, and the included breakfast each morning. As well as Frank, Lucy and the other amazing staff, the hotel itself is also fantastic. The building is beautiful with lovely decor and the room exceeded expectations. It was so...

The room was clean and comfortable, The kitchen was fairly well equipped for self catering and there was transport close for easy access to the city
The only problem was the aircon didn't work when we first arrived, it was very warm in the room. The reception staff gave us a fan which was great but it was very noisy and couldn't keep it on at night so it was uncomfortable to sleep. We asked a few times but were told there was no one available to fix it . On the 3rd day my partner googled and...

I had a beautifully presented room with a foyer area. The timber trims were in excellent condition and the room was very nice. A small balcony was a bonus. The area was quiet. Car parking on site was limited, but there was also parking on street very close by. A pretty good selection of breakfast items.

Good location adjacent to a suburban shopping centre. Good public transport options with the trams being a 2 minute walk away. Helpful Reception staff also.

We booked this hotel primarily for its location, and it didn't disappoint. It’s conveniently situated near the main train station, the Airport Express bus drop-off, a major tram line, and within easy walking distance of the Old Town. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered a standard continental spread to start the day. A unique touch: the breakfast area transforms into a Thai restaurant later in the afternoon!

Staff were great, as well as breakfast and a general feeling that the guest was considered, when the hotel was designing the hotel and deciding what to include as a part of the room rate.

Excellent hotel in a great area of Prague, with most sights easily walkable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful junior suite room, which was large, very comfortable and warm with lovely toiletries, coffee machine etc. The spa was small, but very nice. Would definitely recommend.

The area of the hotel is in a lovely part of town out of the centre but close enough. We loved the room, the breakfast is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We walk in the nearby park, a really beautiful park. The restaurant annexed to the hotel served well made Czech traditional cuisine the food are amazing!
