"I absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms were great, beds were comfortable and room amenities were awesome too! It is located in a great area in the city, close to everything with tons of shops and food options around. Easy to access via public transport as well. Prime option for sure! I am not giving it a perfect score because the staff was rude and not friendly at all! They refused to let me park my car even though the hotel advertises parking, because I had not made a prior reservation for parking. I booked through a third party vendor so there was no way I could have known that a separate reservation was needed for parking. After arguing for a bit, they finally let me enter the garage and park my car but the front staff person was rude and VERY nasty. I won't say anything negative about the hotel itself, but the staff could stand some improvement and better customer service skills. "

"Beautiful art deco hotel in centre of Prague - I wish the rooms kept the art deco feel instead of being standard corporate almost looking beige rooms. Great walking distance to the old town. Few great eating spots around the hotel too. "

"I did'nt need the A/C as it was early spring and it barely got above 60 degress farnheite . heater worked well."

"The hotel was very good in the areas of local convenience for getting to the key places of interest. It was comfortable, clean and offered an excellent breakfast menu. The staff were helpful and able to direct us in the use of public transport etc. Perhaps the only thing missing would be a small dedicated 'bar' area for relaxing in the evening, separate from the dining area, but I understand that space might be a limitation. Overall, an interesting few days in the fascinating and clean city."
