"The room was very clean and comfortable. There was ample room for dog walking. Good acess to the room. The luggage carts disappeared by 930 PM the night before and were no where to be found the next morning which isn't hotels fault. I would have like some fruit selections at the breakfast. "
"Room was decently clean but the floor could use a wet mopping. Various types of smoking were going on everywhere and weed coming through the vents. Pretty quiet considering the clientele. Beds were clean and comfortable and AC worked great. Odd folks around but relatively safe, just keep your head on a swivel as always."
"Hotels.com advertise the hotel having a bar and restaurant there is no bar or restaurant we specifically looked for a hotel with a bar and restaurant as been travelling all day and didnt want to go out "
"The staff was friendly. There was a lot of noise throughout the night in the hallway. Our sink wouldn’t drain at all so it was difficult to brush our teeth or wash our hands. The property accepted pets yet I received an email letting me know my credit card was charged $60.00 extra dollars, the morning of check out. "
"Don’t recommend, hotel stinks, room was not clean. We canceled for the night we were supposed to stay again without a refund and got a different hotel. I will say staff was amazing and super nice."
"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve experienced. The sheets were unclean, with blood on the towels. I had to switch rooms four times and finally gave up. I requested the concierge to change the sheets and even tipped them, but when I returned, they kept my tip and still did not replace the sheets. Avoid staying here."
