We choose this hotel for the convenience it was to be able to walk around downtown. Reviews from others was also used to compare hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful including the vale staff. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures provided. The only issue we had was the lack of outlets. This is a good hotel in a great location to everything but it has terrible parking options and has even worse surrounding scenery and is majorly over priced. We chose this hotel for a romantic get away but never again. Building, rooms and staff were nice but the surroundings and street noise were a big turn off. For almost a $500 a night this was a major joke.

Had a handicapped assessable. There wasn’t a pull down bench in the shower. The A/C unit was very loud. Plunked each time it came on. Staff was great but had problems with the computer program during check in and again on check out. Do not get a room on the street side. Traffic is very loud.
