The infrastructure was very bad. Rooms had moulds and had a VERY bad smell. Toilets were the worst, management of this place should do something. A proper revamp is needed

The place is nice and clean. Service at the reception would do with some improvements especially on welcoming guests and familiarising themselves more with their surroundings like where one can find the nearest shops , pharmacy etc than just saying 'i don't know ' on every question asked . The bathrooms will do with some floor mats.Overally my stay was great.thank you Palace
