Our room was visibly dirty when we checked in. We notified the front desk and they told us we had to deal with it. “Housekeeping is gone “ and I won’t give you a clean room; sorry. Our bathroom door was also broken and my wife got stuck in there. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The staff was both friendly and helpful. SERVICE at the "restaurant" and bar were good!!
Now the bad. We stayed here on our way out and on our way back. The bar had no wine. They ran out of the beer I drink after two rounds. The food was good and the bartender was awesome. On the way out the room we stayed in had a sliding bathroom door that was off the track. I am an early riser and my wife is not. I needed to shut the door in order to shower and not disturb her and could not do it. The door was quite heavy and the front was resting on the ground. On the way back we were told after check in that the elevator was out. Had to carry our luggage up and down stairs. It was still out the next day. Again the bar ran out of my beer after one round because there was another person drinking the same brand. People were wanting their money back because of the elevator situation, but were told that the hotel couldn't do that if it was booked and paid for through a third party such as Expedia. We were told by a guest at the bar that stays there regularly that they were not allowed to keep necessary inventory due to upper management. I find it hard to believe that the Hilton brand would allow this.
