The carpet was terribly stained and the hard surfaces appeared as though housekeeping forgot to wipe them down. There were several coffee stain/rings at the bedside shelf, and there were dirty smudge marks on the cabinets.

My room at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Boise was clean and quiet. I was not happy with the $50.00 dollar extra amenities charge since I did not use any amenities whatsoever. Plus, this hotel does not have an airport shuttle for guests like the other downtown hotels.
