      Pleasant Stay

      The check in was seamless, bed was very comfortable. I wanted another night but they were booked to capacity but the gentleman at the front desk was sooooo pleasant and accommodating extending my check out time.

      Nice breakfast bar, and clean lobby. We did use the pool with an appointment, and it was clean. The room layout works very well, and has a nice size kitchen.

      Never will stay here again

      We reserved this hotel because of the pool access while visiting Columbus. Upon arrival we were told we didn’t reserve the pool ahead (no one ever notified us of this policy) the lady at front desk didn’t seem to care much as she kept going on about our check out time dismissing us. When we did get 30 minute access to the pool it was disappointing because the pool was absolutely disgusting. The water was so cloudy and dirty.

      If you don’t mind unclean stuff, stay here.

      We stayed here two separate times almost back to back. Our house was sprayed by a skunk so we chose this hotel to stay in while we dealt with the stink. My husband loves Home 2Suites so we figured this would be great. The staff at check in was wonderful both times. The hotel is newer but has not been maintained and looks like it will probably get worse. I know they are short staffed but the hallways and room floors are majorly stained. We know Hilton tries to make sure COVID safety is a priority but you can tell the cleaning staff is not following the guidelines. My main issue was we stayed in a room for two nights, it wasn’t super clean but we stuck it out. Then we checked out. Our room was prepared for the next people. We made another reservation (after 4pm so there’s no way they knew we were coming back) and we got the same room again. The beds were made, the towels were changed but that was it. The trash was still there, nothing was wiped down because fingerprints and a couple spots where my kids spilled and I didn’t catch it were not cleaned. The bathrooms had shampoo on the floor and crumbs all over. I knew this was my kids mess so I just accepted it, cleaned it myself and we stayed for 4 additional nights. From now on, this would not be a hotel I would choose. It’s not COVID safety friendly. If it was cleaned and taken care of, I’d happily give it a perfect score because it was comfy.

      Great for a family.

      We were impressed by the inviting lobby, and the size of the room, it was huge! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and we loved the amenities, like large refrigerator, silverware, paper towels and the included breakfast was so good! Just across the street had lots of food/drive-thru options as well as a well stocked gas station. The room AC worked well but was quite loud, especially when initially turning in and off. Some other negatives about our stay, were the microfiber sheets (sweaty) and the fabric couch cushions. The cushions had stains or food stains on them and smelled slightly like dirty feet or body odor. That issue was fixed by putting a sheet over it. Our room was on the 3rd floor, closest to Broad Street. The traffic was heard very loudly through the windows, all night long. In the future, I’d request a room away from the main rd. Our family of 4 only stayed 1 night but would stay there again.

      The door on our room wouldn’t lock. Got woken up by an employee at 6:0” a.m. who proceeded to slam our door six times and then let us know that out door doesn’t lock. They tried to put us in a different room, that one was dirty with no sheets. Stayed in the unlocked room for the rest of the stay

      Looks nice on the outside but not so much

      It was almost impossible to get a decent housekeeping service during my three-week-long stay at this property. My bathtub and kitchen sink eventually got clogged, but it was never fixed until my checkout time even though I requested it to be fixed multiple times. My bed sheet was never changed, and my duvet cover had a mysterious yellow stain on it from the very first day I got here. Terrible terrible housekeeping service. Some of the staffs at the front desk were nice, but the rest looked very irritated when I asked for something. I'm just happy I could get another hotel to stay for the rest of my business trip.
