Very basic hotel. The bar is a few bottles in a fridge. The King room was extremely basic and no facilities at all. Breakfast was farcical... no eggs, no juice glasses, no forks and no plates! Convenient, safe and practical Easter Weekend in Luton based at Thistle Express London Luton. In the heart of the great Town of Luton. Not far to anywhere. Only 20 minutes walk to the Football Stadium at Kenilworth Road. Simple breakfast serving the basic needs. Good staff always helpful.

We were really impressed with the hotel, the staff and the room until we came across a bed bug on the sheets along with a spot of blood! We were checking out very early and didn’t see any staff to raise it with so I contacted the hotel via private message to inform them. Since then, I have found a cluster of bites on my shoulder and the hotel is now no longer replying to me after previously promising a 50% refund. I wanted to give them a chance to resolve this privately but as responses have stopped I’ve decided to write this publicly in the hope that it will receive the attention it needs.
