Very friendly, helpful staff who dealt with any issues promptly, such as the safe needing new batteries. The hotel was very clean and well-situated near the river, the city centre and various transport stops. The breakfast room was a little cramped but the food itself was very nice and we liked the eco-friendly ethos of the hotel. You have to be aware, however, that it can be very noisy at night, as some of the bars are open until very late.

Loved our stay. Gorgeous rooms, brilliant location, breakfast was v nice (my in laws loved it not realising at first that it was vegan!) It was a little noisy with the windows open due to local bars, but with the ear plugs provided it was no issue at all (and I’m a light sleeper - my in laws and partner had no problem. Plus it was fun noise rather than rowdy noise!)But the highlight was the staff. They couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful - my partner and I booked a stay for us and his parents (in their 70s) and they made all of us so welcome. Thank you to the brilliant team!

It felt like a home-away-from-home because the staff was so welcoming. The hotel is so uniquely designed - it felt like being in a museum filled with of eye candy. The location was prime - right in the heart of a historic neighborhood with great restaurants and vibes. A quick walk to the gorgeous waterfront and all the landmarks you must see. I loved it and hoped to return soon!

Nice quality boutique hotel in good location. Be aware that this hotel is situated on a public square with many puvbs that come alive from 11pm to 4am on Friday and Saturdays nights. Ear plugs are provided in the bathroom, which you won’t be told about, but will help you sleep through the noise.
