Great little hotel find near SMN train station

Old bldg near the Santa Maria novella train station. Very walkable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms inside the old bldg were nice and updated. Bathroom was large , shower water pressure was great. The hotel has tea and biscuits and a bottle of wine as well as a refrigerator. I would definitely stay there again anytime I visit Florence.

Luciano and his wife were amazing. They were very kind. The room was very clean and well kept. The location is perfect, less than a 5 minute walk from the train station, and very close to all other sights. I would love to stay there again.

Excellent stay. Lucio is really nice and helpful. The room is large, quiet and clean. The guest house is 5 min from the tram to the airport, from the train station in a neighbourhood with restaurant and bars.

The best hotel I stayed at in Italy and I stayed in 6. Super nice and friendly owner. And was very helpful. Hotel in an old historic building but it had all the things you need. Clean, hot water, great WiFi, good AC and great staff. Very close to train station. I would highly recommend this place.

오래된 건물이지만 청결하게 관리되고 있고 주인분들이 너무 친절하십니다. 방은 넓고 방앞에 공용 정수기가 있어서 물을 따로 안사도 되는것도 좋았구요, 보안도 3중으로 되어있고 cctv도 설치되어 있어서 안전합니다. 산타마리아노벨라 약국이 바로 앞에 있고 트램도 걸어서 5분 정도라 공항가기도 좋았어요

Parfait séjour au Palazzo Riblet

Nous n’avons séjourné qu’une nuit à Florence, mais nous ne regrettons pas le choix du Palazzo Riblet. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la gare (où arrive aussi le tram qui mène vers de parking extérieurs à la ville), il est aussi tout proche à pieds des lieux historiques incontournables de Florence. L’accueil de Luciano a été très agréable. Il nous a aussi donné de nombreux conseils, tant pour les visites que pour des suggestions de restaurants dans le quartier. Enfin la chambre était très grande et confortable et la salle de bain moderne et pratique. Bref, tout était parfait !

친절한 주인내외 덕분에 잘 묵었습니다. 이전 숙소를 1박이 부족하게 예약하게 되어 선택하게 되었습니다. 이전 숙소의 체크 아웃 시간이 11시인줄 알고 11시 30분쯤 체크인하겠다고 말씀드렸었는데 10시까지 체크아웃이라서 10시 30분쯤 체크인하게 되었습니다. 1시간이나 일찍온 저희 가족을 당황하셨음에도 불구하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨습니다. 숙소에 짐만 맡겨놓고 나가려고 했는데 얼리 체크인을 해주셨습니다. 청소도 정말 깨끗하게 해주셔서 좋았습니다. 체크인은 같은 건물 3층에서 하시면 되고 피렌체를 지도로 친절하게 설명해주셔서 좋았습니다. 숙소는 1층이었고 엘리베이터가 있어서 이용하기 편리했습니다. 레지덴차라고 해서 부엌도 있는 줄 알았지만 부엌은 없는 숙소였습니다. 5명이 6인실에 묵었는데 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 방 안에는 화장실 겸 욕실이 하나 있고, 복도에 화장실이 하나 더 있어서 편했습니다. 정수기와 냉장고가 있어서 편했고 제공해주신 빵도 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다. 무엇보다 가격이 합리적이어서 좋았습니다. 산타마리아노벨라 본점이 바로 숙소 앞이라 구경하기 용이했고 추천해주신 식당들도 주변에 있어서 이용하기 편했습니다. 숙소 찾으시는 분들은 산타마리아노벨라 본점 찍고 맞은편 건물로 오시면 됩니다. 주인아저씨께서 영어를 매우 잘 하십니다. 체크아웃 이후 짐은 같은 층 창고방에 맡아주셨습니다. 대부분의 식사를 밖에서 해결하실 분들이라면 이 숙소를 강력 추천합니다. / 예정보다 일찍 온 손님들 때문에 당황하셨을 아저씨께 죄송합니다. 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 감사합니다. 친절하게 대해주신 덕분에 피렌체에서 좋은 기억 남기고 왔습니다. 피렌체에 다시 가면 다시 묵고 싶어요! 늘 건강하세요😊

Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt, Lage der Unterkunft (fußläufig vom Bahnhof Firenze SMN in 5-10min erreichbar mitten im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig gelegen) und Ausstattung des Zimmers lassen keine Wünsche offen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Hervorzuheben ist die außerordentliche Gastfreundschaft des Hoteliers Luciano. Ein Anruf im Vorfeld der Anreise um offene Fragen zu klären, weitere Informationen und Anreisedetails vorab per Mail, angenehmer und sehr herzlicher Check-in samt Tipps und Empfehlungen rund um die Altstadt von Florenz und ihrer Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, etc. - abgerundet durch eine Flasche Rotwein aufs Haus. Sehr familiär und zuvorkommend, selten erlebt!

The perfect spot for a family in Florence

A remarkable 15th century building remodeled with all the amenities. We had the family apartment and there were frescoes on the ceiling! The decor was lovely, it had excellent air conditioning, unlimited water, and even a deck! Able to walk everywhere from here. And the owners are the most helpful and lovely people. Definitely take their advice for meals...you'll save money and have fantastic food. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We initially chose this property because it was close to the train station, but found it was close to everything we wanted to see. It was a classic old building but the room was huge and the bed and bath were great. How you really judge a place is when you run into trouble as I did when I tested positive for cov-id. Luciano went above and beyond to help us find an official testing site, and he helped us make arrangements to go to a cov-id hotel as required. It would have been overwhelming to figure out since we do not speak Italian, but Luciano took great care of us. When we go back to finish our trip (!) we will definitely stay here again.

15th Century Gem!

This lodging is in a 15th Century building once owned by Napoleon Bonaparte’s relatives. Easy walk from the train station- even with luggage. The proprietors are wonderful and worked with us on a later arrival. Their English is excellent- and they provided good tips for exploring the neighborhood and Florence. The room I got sleeps a family of 6. It had painted ceilings from the 19th century… almost like staying in a museum. My bed was super comfortable. And - while unique among others at the hotel - our room came with a balcony. It really was a perfect place to stay with a family of 6. I give it my highest recommendation! One small warning: this accommodation is shared with two others… so as you search for it on the street, go by street number and don’t look for “Riblet” on a placard.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato (purtroppo) per sole due notti in questa struttura: ci siamo trovati benissimo, e l'accoglienza calorosa e raffinata dei proprietari ci ha fatti subito sentire a casa. Il palazzo è ristrutturato in maniera impeccabile e ci hanno colpiti anche la comodità dei letti e del bagno, nonché la flessibilità negli orari e i consigli di vario genere che ci sono stati forniti. Grazie!
