The property is what you would expect in a small town at the base of a mountain. It’s dated with the feel of your grandmas cottage feel. But it does the job of giving you a place to stay while exploring Rainier. Room has what you need for the stay including kitchenette (minus cooktop), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sink, dishes and silverware etc.
The “breakfast included” is bagel, yogurt, cheese packets, juice and milk that they leave in your fridge. But if gets the job done.
Bed is soft and bouncy so if you’re a heavier or a more sensitive sleeper, you may find it uncomfortable but it was fine for me.
The host stays in a parked RV in parking lot and was friendly. I think a tad overpriced for what it is, but if you need two beds and a little more space than small hotel room, maybe it’s worth it. I was solo.
