Amazing hotel
This was our second stay at Maison Aurelia. The hotel is a hidden gem, right in the middle of Sanur. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and with a great restaurant onsite plus many shops and restaurants on its doorsteps. The Camelia suite that we stayed in was spacious and well appointed. All bathroom amenities you could possibly need, plush bedding linen and towels and cloudlike pillows. The pool area is lovely with shaded cabanas, a good sized pool and a separate spa pool. There is a small gym and a spa salon also onsite. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We will certainly return when we are next in Sanur.

Lovely property. Rooms very spacious and staff wonderful. Just need to remove some of the towels in rooms and pool. Some were worn and showing their age. One pool lounge near the outdoor shower was broken. You could see the piece of broken wood. Hand rails near the pool shower need to be fixed very loose could be an accident waiting to happen. Children using the pool should be asked to restrict their time. One family had a little girl and boy with their baby sitter there from 10.30 to 4.30 and often were screaming. Even jumping on top of adults trying to swim. This same family ordered food and drinks and children were allowed to take this and eat and drink in the pool. Unfortunately no one asked them to remove the drinks or food. No staff approached them about this nor about the squealing.

1 night only but would definitely stay again
Just a one night stay but wished we could stay longer. The hotel is located in my preferred part of town and is beautiful with friendly welcoming staff. The bed is one of the best beds we’ve slept on with great pillows also. The room was very spacious and comfortable and we wanted for nothing more. Breakfast was good but a little limited. I’d have liked the option of fruit & yogurt or something though there was a fruit bowl by the juice station. Service was exceptional throughout with great attention to detail.

Stayed in the magnolia suites. Two suites connected with living room between them. The bedroom with king size bed had enough space for 2 adults but the was bathroom was cramped. The bedroom with twin beds was too small for 2 adults, maybe good size for children or teenagers. Also bathroom was tight. The living room had decent space to make it comfortable. Overall very clean and nice hotel in the popular neighborhood.
