Extremely close to the Canberra convention centre, which was perfect for the purpose of our visit. Had to travel to pick up key access, but able to leave keys in locked apartment on departure which was appreciated.

Excellent central
Excellent apartment in great location between to Glebe Park and the Convention Centre. Ground floor apartment with a decent size courtyard and 2 allocated spaces in the underground carpark. Very easy walk to Civic. The only thing to be aware of is that the key needs to be collected and dropped off at Kingston. If you don’t have a car this will be a $15 Uber trip each way.

Great location and facilities.
We stayed in Canberra for our sons wedding and something centrally located and easy for guests to come and go. This place was perfect, spacious, clean and all the amenities needed for a family getaway.

This property was in terrible repair with the bin, front door and TV broken or damaged. The inside was quite dusty. Also having to head over to Kingston and back to collect and return keys was difficult and unusual practice. Well overpriced for the quality and repair of the property.

Great Position
Great position. Easy walking to everything Very roomy accomodation. Bed was a little hard but other than that it was great Would be good to have a few information booklets on area and things to do. Would certainly recommend Worth the extra bit of mucking around to get the key from the realestate office.

Easy to find and get in. Property was great. Pool and gym easy to get to and use. Kids loved it too. Cooking facilities great. I cooked a whole roast turkey in it so oven was big enough. Fridge and freezer big as well. Dishwasher made life easy.

Good apartment in good city location.
Lovely and comfortable apartment and in a good location to the city. The only negative I would mention is you have to drive out to Kingston to the real estate to pick up the key and then drive out there and drop them off which is not convenient especially if you are traveling for work interstate and don't have a car. It's a pity you can't leave the keys in the apartment on your way out as that would have been a lot better.

Great place to stay - specially if you are attending the national convention centre. The only downside was having to get across town to pick up the keys from a real estate agent in Kingston. It was time consuming and expensive to get there and back just to pick up the keys.
