Excellent!
Kathryn checked me in and she was fantastic. Very friendly and warm welcome. The room was very small, and really only suitable for a single traveler as one side of the bed is not accessible so you would end up crawling over each other to get in and out. That aside, I was only there for one night, and it was a perfect stop over. The library was an excellent workspace, and the honor bar is a great system. Little touch is like text messages throughout the day and a tablet. Compendium really made a difference. I would definitely stay here again for a short stay.

Arrogant unhelpful reception staff.
Reception staff very unhelpful. Enquired on extended stay deal offered by hotel receptionist 30 minutes earlier over the phone. Upon arrival enquired about the deal advising the clerk of the deal reference code. He then said he knows nothing about it he will call the receptionist for confirmation and call us back .. Some time later I attended reception and asked for an outcome. The clerk said he hasn't call the receptionist saying again he will call... Ne never received any call.. Staff rude, arrogant and Unhelpful.

The good: amazing service, special shout out to Gabby and the team on front desk, and the rooms are cosy and great location. The bad: not much to say here, except it's definitely not nearly as 'polished' as the Sydney LN, but still nice.

The hotel is modern, centrally located with great little cafes for breakfast. ‘The Library’ is a great space to work while you’re here. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - highly recommend.
