Amazing place and highly recommend this hotel
Staff is super kind and helpful. Someone stole my wallet at Firenze. The Staff was genuinely concerned and helped. Let us using the phone for the blocking our creditcard and tell us the nearest Police office location from hotel. We were so satisfied and thanked. The rood was really cleaned and looked new everything. Location was good. They provided free drinks, water, coke, juice, coffee, even beer and champagne. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for the hotel in Firenze.

Exceeded Expectation
The staff is excellent. Bryan is very professional, friendly, and helpful in giving us recommendations. We truly enjoyed the stay and they definitely exceeded my expectations. Also the location is perfectly and centrally located in the city of Florence.
