The property is in a great location. However, our bed linen was stained and ww had to ask to have it changed. There was a horrible artificial smell of air freshener, no fans or room control for air conditioning. Noisy with the doors open to the balcony and no fly screens. Would not be my choice again.

Large modern unit close to Convention Centre
We were staying for a conference and much cheaper than nearby hotels. Nice room and great view from the roof top pool. Large kitchen area but strangely cheap sliding door between bedroom and en suite which is not good for noise or light if someone is trying to sleep. Also be aware that the reception is only open to 12:00 at the weekend so storing bags can be an issue after that time. .

Location was great, veiw from roof top was nice and hotel was modern When we checked in we were told our dishwasher was broken and repair man would have to come tomorrow, I explained that we desperately need a dishwasher for the evening as we had lots of cooking etc. and was told bad luck, also we would have to allow time the next day for repair man to come in, The next day by 2pm no repair man I then had to actively follow up with receptionist and remind to call, which she then told me they would come by 3pm so we had to leave apartment again. We didn’t have functioning internet the entire time, They leave at 5pm so by the time we got settled in the first night and realised they had already gone, the second day (Friday) she told me she would call the technician and she left at 5pm without sorting it out, Saturday and Sunday the receptionist only work 8-12 and my partner is an athlete and competed all weekend so we left at 7am and didn’t get home till 2pm so we’re unable to get any help, Finally Monday night I asked again and eventually got sent a text by receptionist telling me to call technician myself and sort it out and the number, Overall we stayed nearly a week kitchen floor etc was so dirty by then as they only clean once every 7 days, You get one garbage bag the size of a small bucket to last the whole week and only get extra supplies if you ask they are never there
