The property is centrally located and has convenient parking and a very well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs which some may find annoying. A paint job, carpet and decent furnishing and decoration would bring this place up to a premium standard, but for the price it is fine.

Great rental in Launceston
Great rental that is centrally located. Walking distance to downtown, with shops and restaurants just a outside your door. The rental is everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. Plenty of room to cook and entertain. The unit also has a washer dryer which was handy. The living area has a good amount of room to relax. The bathroom is modern. Both bedrooms were good sized. Although we had a bit of a heating issue during our stay. Both bed come with heated blankets. The unit also has a reserved parking space which is convenient.

Great Location. Central to most sights.
excellent location close to shops and tourist sights. we found the amenities were very good and the laundry equipment was very handy. Probably should mention on the site description that property is not suitable for people with mobility issues as stairs to bedroom could be very difficult to negotiate particularly as there are no toilet facilities on the bedroom level.
