Beautiful Colonial style hotel in el centro

Hotel Casa Colonial was amazing! Beautiful large rooms and very nice pool area. Staff was all super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a master suite for one night and the Presidential suite for 7 nights. Both rooms were large, beautiful and clean.

Small room, beds were very uncomfortable one was so old yhe matter sank all rhe way down the other felt like a plastic hospital bed i had to put blankets on it to make it softer. You are paying for the feeling and looks of an old hacienda not for comfort or quietness.

Beautiful, historic property. Well maintained, very clean. Close to everything. Employees from the reception to housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. English is spoken here. “Comfy and Cozy “

Friendly and efficient staff provided great service. I stayed in a large, spacious room with a comfortable bed, that had direct access to a large terrace, equipped with a table and chairs on one side of terrace and a sofa and large coffee table on the other. Although, it is time to replace the old worn sofa, the terrace provides a very comfortable place for reading or writing. The overall ambiance of this hotel is charming, peaceful, and serene. The breakfast at this hotel restaurant is outstanding. The hotel is perfectly located and a great find for the price. I will definitely be back.

Friendly and Efficient

Great stay for the price. Friendly and efficient service, secure, quiet, comfortable. Nice dining area and beautiful gardens. Sense of Mexican history. Serene and perfectly located if you want to experience some of Cuernavaca’s classic restaurants and oldest structures. I highly recommend Case Colonial.
