Es verdad que es hotel y motel pero están separados uno del otro, todo el personal fue muy amable, incluso me dejaron hacer check in media hora antes. Pedí servicio a la habitacion y me llevaron mi comida en menos de 15 minutos, además que el servicio es toda la noche, la limpieza es muy buena y los cuartos son bastante amplios, está muy muy cerca del estadio GNP, sin duda me volveré a hospedar ahí cuando vaya a otro concierto o festival.

Imposible descansar por el ruido!!!
Imposible dormir en el hotel, nos dieron una habitación en la cual estaba cerca del cuarto de máquinas y toda la noche el hidroneumatico - bomba de agua no dejaba de sonar cada 30 segundos … se reportó y solo comentaron que estaban llenos sin posibilidad de ofrecer una solución … ni siquiera revisar el equipo en cuestión …. Adicionalmente el lugar se promociona como hotel y en realidad es un motel …

No es posible que en expedia.com te engañen y te digan que un MOTEL es un hotel.. encima el cobro es no reembolsable, la zona es terrible y obviamente no me pude quedar ahí arriesgándome a la inseguridad, a dejar mis cosas y a escuchas ruidos que no tengo porque escuchar. MUCHO OJO AL RESERVAR ESTA TRAMPA
