Five stars

We stayed one night at the elite and have nothing but great things to say. The service at this place beats 5* hotels Just outstanding. We couldn't do balloon ride due to the weather condition and will definitely be back. One thing would say we booked Turkish night through the hotel again pick up and drop off service provided by the hotel was outstanding how ever there venue was very disappointing. The entertainment was average and the food was appalling! Could not get my self to eat the food had hummus and bread and that too got me I'll. Didn't wast your money go else where.
This was meat ball main course. Dog food probably tastes better then this. This was at the Turkish night restaurant part of the evening
Second option for the main course was chicken that could be smelt miles away and cried out loud I am old meat!

Cat Jumped in through the window

It was difficult to find parking. Luckily, we found some down the road and only walked a short distance. The room was really awesome to experience. But, really hot. Our heater wasn't on. So, while we were in the room we had the window open to bring cold air in and one of the friendly cats jumped in. As there aren't any window screens. We let him rest for awhile in our chair. He was a good boy. In the bottom corner of the shower there was black dirt/mold build up. And in the sink bowl, as well as the bottom stone on the wall which the shower door was attached to. It made the shower not smell well after 5 minutes of using it. I wish there was a bathroom fan or some kind of ventilation for it. Be sure to bring your own hand lotion and ear plugs, as they don't provide any. Breakfast was superb! Overall had a great experience. Thank you.

Ekonomik oda

Kışın bir gecelik ekonomik oda da kaldık. Oda aşırı soğuktu, tv çalışmıyordu ve banyoda saç kurutma makinası yoktu. Belki bize denk gelen oda kötü olabilirdi ama tercih edilebilir bir otel. Özellikle kahvaltısı çok güzel olduğundan genel olarak 5 üzerinden 3 vereceğim. Fiyat/performans olarak sizi memnun edecektir.

Otele giriş esnasında sıcak bir karşılama olmadı. Odamıza kadar eşlik ettiler ancak rezervasyon sırassında üst kat diye belirtmeme ragmen en kücük ve alt katlardaki odayı vermislerdi. Banyodan surekli küf kokusu geliyordu yerler gıcırdıyor banyo hic temiz degil buz dolabı dahi yoktu. Resepsiyonu aramak icin aşağı iniyor olmamız da Cabası.kahvaltı saatinde aşağıya indigimizde tüm kahvaltılıklar buzz gibi yumurta vs cesitler cok az 1 cesit peynir bulunuyordu. Genel olarak birdaha tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel

Evlilik yıldönümü için gittik ve junior suitte kaldık.Herşey mükemmeldi oda doğal taştan oluşan mağaranın içerisindeydi ve odamız Göremede ki manzarayı en yukardan gören odaydı.Üzerimiz Love Valley seyir tepseydi buradan anlaşılabilir. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok kibar ve çok yardımseverdi.Kahvaltı açık büfe yeterli ve güzeldi.Özellikle gözleme,kek ve kurabiye olması alternatifi arttırmış.Herkesin damak tadına göre birşey vardı.Kesinlikle burada kalmanızı öneririm.

Covid-19 nedeni ile uzun süredir kapalı kalan otelin junior suit odasında kaldık. Odanın manzarası bir harika , konforu da oldukça iyi. Çok uygun bir fiyata kaldığımiz için kahvaltisi da ona goreydi. Gayet tatmin edici bir manzaraya sahip.

Otel konum olarak cok iyi yerde, bizim oda otelde tek ola junior suit’ti. Yıl dönümü icin tercih etmistik, fakat ilgi alaka başlarda iyiyken, bizim talep ettiğimizin dışında suslemelerde bulunup bizden ekstra ücret talep ettiklerinde isler degisti. Sabahlari suratsiz günaydın demeler ayrılırken kimsenin hoşgörülü olmamasi bizi gercekten üzdü. Oda suit diye tuttuk ama temizlik bekledigimiz gibi degildi, cift kisilik yatak koyulacagina 2 ayri tek kisilik yatak koyulmasi yakismamis ve gercekten rahatsiz olduk. Kablosuz internet odada cekmiyor, jakuziyi temiz olmadigi icin ayrica kendimiz temizlemeye çalıştık ama icimiz sinmedigi icin pek kullanmak istemedik. Kahvalti acilen geliştirilmeli, çeşit koyamayabilirsiniz ama sunulan yiyeceklerin biraz olsun lezzeti olmalı diye düşünüyorum.

Beklediğimizden daha güzel bir konaklama geçirdik.Açık büfe kahvaltısı yeterliydi herşey vardı.Sabah terastaki balonların görüntüsü zaten herşeye değer otele çok yakın yerden kalkıyor balonlar hatta bir tanesi resmen dibimize kadar geldi.Akşamdan foto çekileceğimizi söyledik terasta bizim için minder ve kilim serdiler terasa bunun için tekrardan teşekkürler.Genel olarak çok güzel 1 gece geçirdik otelin temizliği,konumu,kahvaltısı beklentimizin üstündeydi tekrar gitsek birdaha bu otelde kalırız fiyat performans çok iyi herkese tavsiye ederim.

Good location, near to bus station and taxi, nice view on the terrace near to the Hill which people go to see balloon. The room are not really extremely clean but acceptable. The heater is not as enough to make you feel comfortable at sleep (in winter), the door has some voids makes the cold air comes inside the room easily. Nice breakfast amenities are great.

Karşılama berbattı. Otele sabah 10 gibi vardık. Otelin kahvaltı saatiydi odaya 11de giriş yapılıyordu biraz beklememiz gerekşyordu. Beklemeyi açıkçası otelde yapmayı planlıyorduk ama resepsiyondaki hanımefendi kahvaltı yapmak istiyorsak 20tl vermemiz gerektiğini söyledi direkt. Yorgunsunuzdur bir çay bir kahve için odanız boşalana kadar gibi bir teklif bekliyorduk ama biz sormadan kahvaltının da ücretli olduğunu söylediler parayı verirsek kahvaltı yapabileceğimiz söylendi. Çok komikti gerçekten. Diğer günler de kahvaltı yaparken bir mutfak görevlisi sürekli meyden ne kadar aldığınızı kontrol ediyor. Sürekli bir göz hapsi var. Odaları temizlemediler ama haberimiz olmadan kendilerindeki anahtarla odamıza girmişler sadece tuvalet kapıdı bırakmşlar hem bizden habaersiz hem de hiçbi temizlik yapılmadan. Otelin konumu ve manzarası dışında hiçbir şeyini sevmedik . İşletmeciler size para gözüyle bakarak haklaşıyorlar esnafı da öyle
