Cave Style Hotel
Quite expensive for what it is and in hindsight at the price paid (€155/night) we could have done much much better. The room (301) we were in was lacking a bit on maintenance (5 lights out= gloomy, shower doors hang badly, toilet cistern mech poor), however, the room was reasonable and the restaurant convenient. Nice quiet place, but inconsiderate guests at all hours with raised voices (it's like a cavernous chamber and sounds carry) a cause for consternation, Perched on a hill with outstanding views, the hotel has a number of great qualities and several outstanding staff (Esma, Arif, Glory, Yasin, Mikhael). Hotel management failed in several ways including a request for a bit of a birthday treat, history of the hotel and access to some of the rooms to do a comparison of rooms. Cleaning staff were good and honest. Hotel recommended the "Turkish Night" outing to us at €35 each. What a load of rubbish - so bad it was embarrassing. Waste of money - the outing lacked (quality food and decent entertainment) and the "endless food" was of such poor quality we never ordered anything extra and left 90% of what was served. The only quality provided that evening was by the young local lads who were waiters - excellent, and the hotel driver who was on time and safe. Hotel staff and management have a duty of care to their guests - my advice to them - don't make bad recommendations - not even for the commission paid - it reflects on you as a hotel and the integrity of the staff/management.

Wonderful Hotel
The wifi is a little spotty but if you plan on spending a lot of time on your phone in Kapadokya (inside), maybe you should reconsider going in the first place. The rooms are breathtaking. Yes, you are in a cave. My girlfriend is Turkish and she really enjoyed the authentic vibe of the room. We don't have a single complaint about the cleanliness, the service, or the room. We had Turkish breakfast and chai on a terrace every morning. We also had a terrace adjacent to our room. At 5:00am every morning you can sit on the terrace and watch the hundreds of balloons dropping in and out of the city. I highly recommend the Underground City and the Goerme Open Air Museum. And if you can, hop in one of the balloons. Kapadokya from the air is gorgeous. Easy pick up from tour companies at the hotel. We didn't drive but I must let you know that the streets are small and parking is sparse so if you are driving, call ahead and ask where you can park. There are multiple restaurants around the hotel and five minute walk down the road. Fantastic visit. Thanks for a great hotel.

Decent Hotel but Not Really Cave Suites
Though I want to give higher rating, I am not able to based on my overall experience: First, all the rooms are not cave room only few of them are. We booked two rooms but only one of them was actually Cave room. Management was fine, they sounded a bit rude (but that can be purely because of language barrier) but actually were friendly and took care of our requests. On first day, I had power gone in my room at middle of night and I woke up due to heat. When I called, they did show-up and fixed the problem. Next day, on my request, they did change and put me in a bigger room but that room's ACs was pretty weak. It was not cooling the room well so I had to sleep hot. Bathroom, Jacuzzi and Stall shower both were leaking. So, once I was done with shower, the room filled with water. The location was very good and has good views. The breakfast was very nice and had a lot of options.

Great boutique hotel!
This place is wonderful! I would highly recommend staying here, our room was very clean, spacious with a living room also. I booked 2 fairy chimney cave suites. Our room was (#119) and was on ground floor. Our other room was (#112) and if you really want the real deal with bragging rights of saying you stayed in a fairy chimney room book #112 because room #119 is underneath the reception check in office and in my opinion not a true fairy chimney room, but didn't complain because the room was very nice!! Just thought you should know if you have your heart set on fairy chimney room!

Fair 4.0
I was very disappointed. The pictures look a lot nicer than the actual. Only one balcony/terrace area had rugs and pillows, and those were severely faded and dirty. Also, the cave I stayed in had a bathtub that was cracked and moulds all around the edge. Needless I say, it smelled awful. However, breakfast was wonderful with lots of selections of cheese and hot stew. The staff is very helpful explaining tours and even translate for you.
