Inaccurate info in listing
My main issue was the fact that on Hotels.com, rooms were advertised as having bathtubs. There was no differentiation other than accessibility rooms. So I reserved a king so as to not take up two bed availability. When I got there, there is no tub. Evidently only double rooms have tubs.. Because of a disability, I cannot use a shower which I informed staff. There was no offer to help me out or move me. That was disappointing since it meant a challenging week of sink bathing while there for a new job for a week’s stay. It was more of an inconvenience than a catastrophe. It was just disappointing at the inaccurate info followed by no offer to help with figuring out a solution.

Ehh
It serve it’s purpose just to have a place to sleep. It was not clean. Sheets were not clean. Carpet not clean. Very noisy our next door neighbors at around 2 am we’re in and out of their room and was very loud. Oh I almost forgot they have no ironing boards I needed one and they could not provide one.
