It was a flying visit for us but in the short time we were there we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The owners are just the sweetest couple - on their actions alone we would most definitely stay again! The room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Whether it’s a staging post on a longer journey or a base to explore, Ammonite Lodge is perfect. The rooms are spotless , comfortable and contains great products and facilities. The owners are incredibly welcoming- running the house seems as much a matter of love as well as business. We cannot fault the place and look forward to our next stay!
