The staff was super friendly and I did get an upgraded room with a beautiful view of Rockland Harbor but the reading lights and outlets did not work truly not an issue since I was only there one night. The staff did an excellent T job even though they were short staffed. Will stay there again when the renovations are completed.

Good location and comfortable beds. Under construction/remodeling. No bathroom mirror, tv not connected, deadbolt didn’t work, curtains falling off, incomplete plumbing. Not sure this room should’ve been rented.

Hotel was undergoing a bad renovation. Elevators didn’t work. Carpet was dirty & smelled like old wine. It did have free parking, a decent location & laundry facilities. Guy at front desk was nice. Room was clean.

Good location, everything else was bad. No one at the front desk (repeatedly), elevator not in service, “lobby” and hallways were gross. Yuck.

It's under construction and they are a fraud thinking it open for business. I've seen better kennels!

Hotel has only been opened a few weeks. I booked my stay well over a month ago. The lady at the desk was friendly. However, the room we booked had no air and the TV service was not working nor was the elevator. I would suggest to avoid at all cost!!

The property was under construction. No elevator. Had a view of construction equipment. Extremely limited services.
Expedia gave no forewarning that the original hotel we'd booked had split into 2. Nor did Expedia give any forewarning that we were being moved into the under construction hotel rather than what we had originally booked.

This property was under renovation and the room that we had was not complete. There was no TV, the drapes were just thrown over the rod, the floors were dirty there was at least an 2 inch gap on the bottom of the door allowing a lot of light in the room, and some of the staff were unprofessional. It was a lovely area and I hope once the renovation is complete they will correct some of this.

CAUTION Undergoing reburshment. Check your room before signing in. Our room had just been finished so it was OK but missing phone, hair drier, etc. There may be a person at the desk or not. It looks like they are setting up for a kiosk check-in which, in my experience, really sucks and you should choose another place to stay. The room seemed small with very few available outlets.
